For one, let me get something straight. I want a serious, reliable person who is committed and does not leave in the middle of the project. For two, you need to have good communication. I'd like you to set aside a certain time everyday for us to Instant Message/talk on the phone about the project. I prefer someone in the US, so time zone differences are not so severe, and phone calls are not long distance.
