When they get back to a computer they have the ability to login and see all the pictures that they took and see the typed text description for the picture (this will be editable) and/or the text that is created from the short audio recording. I don't know if this is possible or not. I know with the text it would be, but i'm not sure with the audio to text. This is the main idea. The field name in the form must match the field name in the pdf exactly (as well as the ID). The form must be built using html5 and bootstrap styling. The html form should appear much like it's pdf reference (placement, style etc..) but doesn't need to be EXACT. (just whatever makes most sense for the html form first).
