Becoming Certified shows that you are a trusted member and therefore increases your chances to be selected for the projects you bid on.

| ||Freelancers/Contractors: Do not post FAKE Bids or your HOURLY rate when bidding on a project. Your bid MUST reflect the TOTAL amount that you would charge to complete the entire project.
Please note that if you post a fake bid or hourly rate, your bid will be deleted and you will be permanently BANNED without any warning.
| ||Clients can now choose to cover the Project4Hire commission fee that freelancers have to pay to accept their project.|
When selecting a freelancer/contractor, the client will be presented with the 2 options:
1) Select a freelancer for FREE and wait for him or her to pay the project commission fee and accept the project
2) Select a freelancer and pay the Project4Hire commission fee on behalf of the freelancer/contractor.
