Hi I need a one page cms or news editor where I can add the latist news with picture - I don't need a full cms. I have attached what Im using now that works well if only I can add pictures.

This needs to be a light form based CMS where users can not change the style but can add a picture if needed.I can formate the style with css. I can only pay upto 25$ usd for any other info www.looker.me.uk ... Thanks Chris
