I need to design a program that can manipulate video and pictures in real time, live, for broadcast on a projector screen or over the web. This will be like a screencasting program but live and with the ability to stop and start, rewind, fast forward videos and zoom in and out of pictures. also should work so that I can open a program like photoshop and move it into the field of view of the screencast frame live and be able to broadcast my manipulations of the photos or whatever i'm doing on photoshop.
