I am looking for a website to be designed that functions similar to overstock.com. The company I am consulting for will be an online company that will use its website as an ecommerce website. The products to be sold will range from clothing, to jewerly to housewares. Typical searching mechanisms need to be utilized (i.e. links by category, price, etc). Additionally, when looking at a product, several tabs need to be presented that a person can further explore the product. for example, when you click on a product on overstock, it shows "Details", "shipping and Returns" and "Payment Methods" tabs. I need tabs for those plus "Customer Feedback" and "Expert Report". The Expert Report tab will need to be able to support video.
Because this is a startup company, I do not expect the first version to be a beautiful site (though that would be nice). For the first soft-rollout, I need it to be functional, look relatively nice, and professional.
