The project that I have available is for a online consignment/store. Please read carefully before bidding. I would like for this website to be creative. I would like cartoon style design/graphic design/animation/Flash on this site especially on the homepage. . The name of the site has already been registered. I need an beautiful website to attract visitors!
I previously had a site designed for me I had to buy the pictures and was totally dissatified with the work and I was scammed

currently have the scripts for this design, this is far from quality of what I want for my website.
Requirements:
1. We would need for you to show us your portfolio of active web developments from active websites before being considered
for the project.
2. Able to work with minimal instruction and supervision, and be able to generate daily reports to show progress.
3. Constant communication via email and if required also by telephone.
4. Web design would need to be in the price of the design.
5. You must have feedback of 10+ positive feedback to be considered for this project.
6. Unlimited Revisions
7. Request of 2 designs (layout) concepts, before work starts
8. Approximate time of completion
9. After full payment, work and copy right belongs to me
10.When new website has been completely finished. Web designer will upload all content to my hosting provider and to be
tested to make sure website functionalities and software integration are in 100% operational and working correctly.
11. Once work is done completely to my satisfaction final payment will be issued
12. Also a minimum of 3 months free support required, in case of errors or mistakes done by the designer.
13. Design is to provide all graphics, pictures, etc for this project.

can be able to upload pictures, descriptions, etc.

-When the customers enter the homepage there will be a creative beautiful cartoon like designs animation all over the first page to draw the customer in so they will want to stay and shop.
- Setting up admin panel from where I can control everything. Where I can create categories, sub categories and can upload
and manage products by your own.
- Creating functionality so you can upload up to 4 products per product also the description, sizes, etc....
- Merchant account (paypal) integration to site.
- Integration of USPS(United States Postal Service) for shipping all the way up to the check out process.
-I would like for the customer to go through the check out process and get forwarded to the paypal server to complete the
process.
-Indexing of website
-Language & currency converter
-Ecommerce website designed to be indexed by Search Engines and optimized to improve the ranking of website, so that site is listed higher in top search engines
-I will be accepting Paypal payments from United States and International buyers so it would need to programmed with the
shipping rates for International rates with the United States Postal Service.

This is not a difficult project. I had to break everything down to make the potential design aware of my expectations. Not only will this be my vision, but the creativity of the potential designer. I will fully research the background of the designer before I accept any bids. Please, Please, review of everything prior to placing your bid so you will know clearly what I am looking for. At this time I am looking for a established and experienced graphic designer with the expertise to bring traffic to my site. I would like to establish a long term relationship with the potential designer. This needs to be professional and I look for quality.
