I work for Financial policy center. We are planning to send out a weekly Newsletter to our subscribers via Email. This Newsletter will containing important news from the past week concerning the center.
We need help in designing a newsletter which could be send out every week. As we gather news for a week we should be able to paste the news in a template and then send it out via Email to our subcribers.
Therefore, template should be re-usable and anybody without any IT background should be able to gather the news and send it out using the template.
We will be having more work in future and we want to get the quality work done.

I have been in the design industry for the past 6 years, I have a diploma in Graphic Design and Ad communications. I have developed somthing similar to this before for another client.
