I need a freelancer who can take over a project which isn't 100% done yet. The foundation for the script is created, and therefore must the freelancer work out from the already created code.
And again, much of the script is already created. Although, it needs to be finished.
The script is a Paid-to-Click (PTC) script. The freelancer must have knowledge of what a Paid-to-Click site is.
Please note that the design/layout for this script is already created; again, you just need to continue work.
Most of the script will be handled with PHP. Although, some small and neat functions should be available in AJAX/JavaScript.

I alreay have my own template engin so that i have saprate code and design.
