I require 30+ themed links for each of my (2) sites. The sites are about Residential Real Estate, specifically relating to Mortgage & Home Foreclosure so the links should be on Residential Real Estate related sites.
Websites and keyword targets to be provided via PM.
I reserve the right to cancel any link that doesn’t meet the requirements set out below. That link will need to be replaced or payment will be on a pro-rata basis.
RULES FOR LINK BUILDING:
The links MUST only be from USA Residential Real Estate related sites.
All links must be on a PR3 (no reciprocal links) better page. That means the page the link is placed on, NOT the PR of the home page.
Manual links only, no automated submission, link building programs or web rings such as Arelis, or Linkpartners, Backlinks, Gotlinks, LinksToYou etc. The work needs to be manual.
Absolutely no spam --- all links must be appropriate, constructive, relevant and PERMANENT.
No black hat tactics or similar cheating, no disallowed pages by robots.txt, “noindex” or “nofollow” tags, no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, no graphics links, no flash, no links through javascript, cgi, php or redirect scripts.
Text link only with anchor text provided by me.
No hidden links. All links must be readable and the link page must be interlinked within the site and have a link back to the homepage.
All links must be one way; no reciprocal links.
No links from link farms or Free For All link exchange pages (FFA).
No links from pages with more than 30 outbound links.
No links from link schemes, ping sites or newsgroups.
No links from mirror sites (duplicated content sites)
No links from pages named “links.html”
Links must be permanent, from static HTML pages. No dynamic webpages or under-construction sites.
No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs.
All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).
The vast majority of links should preferably be from English language sites.
The majority of the links must be from real estate related sites.
When all links have been placed I require a report with the following information:
1. URL of page with link
2. Anchor Text
3. Date link placed
A maximum of 5 links per site per day to be placed, completion will depend on the amount of links in your proposal.
Payment - - All links will be checked and verified.
With proposal, please indicate how many and the PR variety of the links you are able to provide. Speed of completion is secondary to quality, quantity and longevity of links.
