hello..i have a classified site , where people list their apartments/houses for rent ..this is free site ..that is it does not cost any one to list or to view listing..however it is a membership based site..for both lister and viewers...i have the full source code...i just need it installed and a few modifications done.......no coding from scratch..just install and mofify a few feilds...no payment gateway...its a pretty simple task....u must install demo in ur server and test all functionalties before installin on mine..
