Description: WWW.DESIGNERSTUDIOSTORE.COM
PGD BASED WEB SITE PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this project is to switch existing web site to the new PDG based back office which is integrated with Quick Books inventory software.
Work has to be done on the copy of the home page, so existing web site stays up with out changes until new back office with new front is fully ready. After work is done and approved new front will be posted on-line. All databases have to be saved and available for restore in case any mistakes during programming.

Design work:

PDG have created template based on existing look which is available in the ‘design’ section of the PDG administration. We would like to improve this template by giving it more user friendly look – but it can be done later.

Step #1

Change the look of the PDG based web site (www.designerstudiostore.com/cgi/commerce.cgi?display=home) similar to existing (www.designerstudiostore.com).

*specific design and details have to be discussed and apporoved before starting the project.

Step #2

Add following features:
1.“Brand” pages (old version - www.designerstudiostore.com/brands-b-yes.html).
Each brand page has to have:
-logo
-picture
-text
-3 latest for this brand items
-Categories (example www.zappos.com/diesel )
-Logo, picture and text have to be placed in to each item under this brand (example www.zappos.com/product/7568130/color/3 )

2.New arrivals
Example: www.revolveclothing.com/b/Brands.jsp?d=Womens&n=n
All new posted items have to be posted under correct brand automatically and self-remove from new arrivals categories after 60 days.

3.Sale
Example: www.revolveclothing.com/b/Brands.jsp?d=Womens&n=s
We should be able to post selected items on sale by percentage. System should automatically post discounted items in to sale categories by %, price range and brand.

4.Fit Guide
We have to be able create different fit guides and then attach one of this fit guides to the item description. (example www.designerstudiostore.com/7-diamonds-perfect-peace-seven-diamond-shirt-p-1407.html in the tab)

5.Review (customers have to be able to write a review for each items and rate it example www.revolveclothing.com/DisplayProduct.jsp?product=RICH-WJ212&c=Rich+%26+Skinny&d=5 in the tab).

6.Add this (like we have on existing web site front)

Payment Methods:
  • To be Negotiated with Winning Bidder
  • PayPal

Comment: I am completing a similar project this week. Converting a PDGsoft to a fun, graphic site including products. The amount I bid takes into account your instruction plus small, yet potentially time consuming things I can't determine from the list. Such as are all images and descriptions that sync up in your database in such a way that I can grab them and import readily into PDG. I am basing my bid between all data being in great shape and my needing to track it down. If we talk and I have a solid idea of where you are in the process, there's no problem with adjustments with PDG and getting the look you like. I'm fast with PDG, bid price can adjust as more details on data are understood. Thanks for your consideration, Kelly
