Hello. I'm requesting this php script which i think its very simple, not asking for a super designed homepage. As you can see my request is a quite simple and im just a single user, not a big company.
This is what i'm looking for:
-A page with a forms submits (names,email,...), and also store the ip of the user (all info stored on a database). Another person will add the layout to the page, so it can be a blank one.
-Admin Panel (admin login and password should be stored in a database) where all sent forms will appear by day in a table (one line for each received form). I got a script that retrieve true or false for an ip (the one was colected on the form page). If true, the user info should appear as green and written APPROVED, if false , red and DENIED. Simple as possible.
