Description: Hello,
I work for Gasworks, an arts organisation based in Vauxhall, London. I have been looking into updating our current database, and have found that what we need is a contact database stored online, perhaps attached to our current - the organisation has networks around the world and this would allow any member of our staff to log into it and find a contact at any time. It would need to allow us to search for contacts either as a group or individual, easily add contacts, export the data into an excel file and e-mail contacts. We are a charitable organisation so have limited funds for this project, but would love some ideas and quotes to see perhaps what we can come up with. Another idea would be to download openoffice and connect it with MySQL, however I have since found i am not technically proficient enouigh to do this myself, so again if anybody has experience and would like to help please send a qhote for this also.
