I am the developer of the virtual bankruptcy assistant field. Since 2001 my company has trained over 25,000 virtual assistants who prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions for attorneys nationwide.
I want to hire a programmer to develop a software program that will fill in the forms for the bankruptcy petition. This software will be similar to TurboTax as far as the different screens where information is placed. The difference will be that the software will output the information to the federal bankruptcy forms instead of the 1040 Forms like TurboTax does.
For a sample idea, download a similar software program already utilized by attorneys:

The program you would be developing for us would look similar but would be customized for the virtual bankruptcy industry. These changes would be unique enough so that we can license the software as our own product.
I am seeking a programmer who is willing to form a long-term commitment with us. Because the bankruptcy court makes changes to their forms several times a year, we would have maintenance contracts with our registered users who would pay ongoing fees. Additionally, we would have yearly renewals to maintain an active license.
Also, we need to have state forms developed that would be purchased as separate modules by virtual bankruptcy assistants. Most states have local forms they add on to the federal forms, so this additional feature would have to be developed also.
