The site has not been coded correctly and fails W3C compliancy which is bad news;

Your site break sin Firefox as well, the website is shoved over to the right hand side.
In addition, I would strongly question your decision to use a splash screen and also Flash for your menus. Most corporate companies block Flash nowadays so anyone who visits your site whilst at work won’t be able to use it. I block it as well due to the increasing amount of annoying ads that are made with it, so I have to turn each Flash element on in your site to view it on each page I arrive at.
It looks like the site was built with Dreamweaver and there is a lot of dead code in there which should be removed.y i need you to put the finishing touches on the site
i'm sure your work out whats crap and whats not in a couple of seconds
