I need someone to fix my html pages (renamed to php) so it looks the same in Internet Explorer than it does in FireFox.
I want to hyperlink the text 'Tutorial and Help Guide' and 'FAQ'. For some reason, when i try, it automatically turns it into a button.
There are 7 pages in total.

Also, on the purchase.php page, there are one thing i need done:
-The background image should NOT repeat and should be vertically centered in the blue box.
I can provide the webpages, graphics, and .css via email.
