Project Requirements:
Build an application that will detect scenes in a video and return the frames numbers at which the detection occurred. Also, save a thumbnail of each scene.
Input
-------
1 video file
Processing
------------
Analyse the video, detect the scenes and generate the output.
Output
--------
return frames with a scene change in a text file.
save thumbnail of the frame on the file system
additional notes:
Acheiving this with ffmpeg is preferred - it has a sc_threshold command. Other tools to consider are - mpgtx.
The solution should work on linux and windows platforms. it can use third party command line tools (open source preferred)
