Hard to go into details. But I try,
We need a backward auctioning tool, webbased, for a closed usergroup. There should be some possibilities for filtering a. on the side of the poster b on the side of the buyer.
Its hard to explain but in other fields there are similar programs running.
A telefon conference should be the best solution to explain how
we expect the system to work,
The whole project should be duplicateable, as we plan to use the same structure for more then one client.
There will be ongoing work related to the project.
