The project we propose is a children's MMO, 2D style graphics and animation, similar in size and concept to Disneys Club Penguin. We would like it to be developed using Theoworlds builder SDK V2, which we will purchase and supply to the proect winner. We have the completed artwork, which we will supply.

Comment: I have used theoworlds previously and assuming that my understanding is correct:
1. You are not asking to customize the engine itself
2. You have all the required artwork
Then the money and time I place on my bid should be enough to get the game up and running (including testing phase)
