I need a Visual Studio 2008 C# Project (along with dependencies) that allows the user to record microphone input and save it to disk as an mp3 audio file. It has to be able to play mp3 files as well. It should have a simple GUI interface with a record, stop and play button (fast forward and rewind would be nice, but are not necessary).
I am an amateur programmer myself and need the actual project files so that I can incorporate them into a larger project.
