I have a website I need someone to redesign it, the site is for the City Kenitra Morocco. The URL is kenitra.net
I prefer it in PHP MYSQL.
I need a simple user interface with ad management, forums, news, photos, text chat, classified ads, featured links and ofcourse an admin section. DO NOT use PHPNUKE to design it because its easy to hack.
I would like the theme to be "WHITE, GREEN, RED" Moroccan flag, if you don't know how to Moroccan Flag looks like, look at my profile.
I would like something similar to this site but you can suggest if you have better www.maroctour.com
I did not set a budget for this, please show me examples of your work when you bid.
