I need to add a simple feature on a website:

See on the main page there is a "read more" link. It's currently not working. I would like provider to integrate a system that when the text is longer then the space in template then it automatically shows "read more" link and when you click on it, it will show you rest of text that was hidden.
However if there is not a little text, then i want the "read more" link to disappear.
The system will be integrated to a english template and also a french located here

Provider will work on his own server, once we are satisfied withe results i will pay and he will transfer files. Read my reviews i am honest.
If you agree than start as soon as possible, i will pay and give long and good review to first provider who show me link of it working.
