What I need done:
I need to build an online or web based accounting application which enable, small or medium size business to integrate and use it. It can be used offline and online. Offline means that user uses their own PC as server ( with APACHE , n MySQL as well as PHP ). Install it within their PC. Online means, user can opt to save their data online. Functions will be similar.
Language :
It should be in PHP and Mysql.
Design :
Meebo Like. Windows within the Browser
Example of accounting software :
Quickbooks (quickbooks.intuit.com/)or MYOB ( myob.com/ )
