What I need is a Form based application for the user:-
1) enter album, song, and artwork metadata information into the apps form interface.
2) Attach the music files and cover art
3) Finally upload the prepared files directly to a web server.
4) The metadata will be compiled in to a tab delimited file, and fills used to fill out several exel spread sheet forms.
5) The wave files converted to flac to make the uploaded files small but lossless.
This app is to run on windows.

I have more than 20Yrs of development experience in C/C++/VB/VBA. I have designed, developed and tested several applications and many of them had fileupload features.
Several applications had manipulatio of Excel workbooks.
