| Description: |
I am looking to price a website where a user can upload a videos/pictures, similar to youtube or collegehumor. However, on this site, the viewers will need to pay to view/download each video or picture. The person that uploads the video will earn money for every time their video/picture is downloaded/paid for. The site also needs to have the capability of being subscription where every user pays a monthly fee.
I will also need some sort of instruction on how to maintain the site after it is finished. I am somewhat familiar with website design and operation, just not a professional by any means.
