My website is a modelling agency where models can fill a form in order to send their info and also their pictures to the modelling agency
The form is in french and is located here:
http://www.diamanza.com/diamanza/model.php you need to click sumbit in order to go to the image uploading page
The information then goes to a php database where the director can screen them all.
This works well but image uploading needs to be upgraded
1)The image uploader doesn't work well,when models send pictures that are too big it gets stuck, also they can only send 5 pictures at the time
so i want an uploader like the one on kijiji.

It means that the user doesn't need to click a submit button for his photo to upload.
He simply choose the picture on his computer and it starts uploading right away. He can also choose another picture while uploading one.
Once a picture finished uploading a small preview shows. The user can upload as many pictures as he wants then click a "finish" button when he is done.
2)i want the name of the pictures to be changed. Currently the picture name stays the same when a user upload them in the database but the problem is that
it's not organized. So i want the picture to be stored in the database under the users email.
For example :big_santoro.diego_bla.com_1.jpg,big_santoro.diego_bla.com_2jpg,
small_santoro.diego_bla.com_1.jpg (for thumnail pics)
3)size of the original picture is too big and will eventually saturate the server. Picture need to be converted to smaller pictures that are a litte bit
bigger than the screen size. Not more.
4)Pictures need to erase themselves from the server when i erase an account because for the moment they stay on the server and saturate it.
5)PMB pictures are not showing
-During the work i will provide the winning bidder with the database files so he can setup a dummy database on his own server. We
will test it on your own server until everything works well. Then the service provider will set it up on my server. The reason is because this database is very important
and already running so i cannot risk losing it because of an error.
This project is a small project and if you do it well i will hire you to upgrade more bugs on the website.
