I am looking for a programmer that can program an app that users submit data by answering questions about the description of a girl. The computer then adds up a score, divides it by the total number of points, and then spits out the grade of the subject in question.

I seen this kind of app a lot in shows like Deadliest Warriors and the Walking Dead. The app can be done in jQuery and it works best in multiple choice format (either radio buttons or checkboxes for extra choices).
