My project is a bit different, as much as I would like to do it myself I am on a short time span and need it done relatively soon.
The site would have a tool bar on the side that would allow 5 image option
1. Upload Image- The image would be uploaded and displayed on your screen, you would be able to resize it and hit "ok" to lock it in place.
2.An option that allows you to select an certain area of the image with a "Magnetic Lasso" type tool that you have in photo shop, and one you have selected the areas, a slider would come up and allow you to raise/lower the brightness.
3.An option to to select a part of the image with the magnetic lasso type tool and raise or lower it. After you clicked "OK" it would lock into place.
4. An option to save your image to your harddrive WITH a water mark rendered on the bottom right hand side and after this, the image would be deleted from the server.
I understand this is a large project, and honestly I cannot pay too much, but at the same time I am unsure of what to charge.
