Paypal cart development based on this JQuery Plugin.

I need a programmer to add to the above JQuery plugin, to allow a checkbox and a dropdown box to be added in the review cart section of the cart widget.
On select of checkbox, an additional $100 should be added to the price of the relevant product (as well as the total of course) and enable selection of the dropdown box.
The option shown in the dropdown menu will be populated from the mySQL database. Each option can only be selected once, therefore upon receipt of IPN verification, the database will need to be updated automatically accordingly.
Already have a test site and an IPN handler script running.
The expected turnaround time is 24 hours.
