I have created a fillable account form using Acrobat X. I am needing to get it set up where it will be submitted as an FDF file that will go to my web server (InMotion Hosting) and then email a recreated PDF to myself. I have downloaded the FDF Toolkit, but am stuck at the cgi scripts needed to parse, merge and email the data. The FDF toolkit has some sample scripts - inmotion uses perl, but this job is still over my head.
