107 questions with average 5 multiple choice simple, common, non technical possible answers for each question. Each question is invisibly tagged to belong to one of 7 categories. Each multiple choice answer is invisibly tagged with a value number from 0 to 2.0 in increments of .25. When finished, the total score for each of the separate 7 categories is added up. The score for each category is a % established by dividing the actual score number by the total perfect score number. Example: 10 questions in one category with a perfect score of 2 for each question answered to be a total perfect score of 20 possible. If the actual score for that category was (for example) 14.75 – then - 14.75 divided by 20 = 74%. The score for that category for that person taking the test is 74%. After the test is finished, each of the 7 categories will be listed separately at the end of the test in the order of the lowest % score first, and the highest % score last. Also, the software can be edited by me to change, add or delete any question, category or point system. The software can be emailed to a client who can then open the software, answer the questions, and see the scores for each of the 7 categories. There will also be about 400 words of instructions at the beginning of the test and about 200 words of instructions after the test scores are listed – all of which can be edited by me at any time after the software has been created. Each question is about 3-8 words. Each possible multiple choice answer is about 1-6 words.

Creating a questionaire software, is challenging and I love it. 107 questions with an average of 5 multiple choices is pretty decent.
