I have a current database driven website written in PHP, but it was never completed and does not do all functions it was suppose to do by the company that did the job. I need to get the project finished and been told Drupal was a good sound and stable database program. The site that needs to be done is autoport.us and it is about 85% finished as to how I would like to see the finished product.
One of the functions that was not finished was to be able in admin to add a banner and then select the page to place the banner on. There currently is 114 categories and others maybe added later. Banners will need to be added based upon category then a second level or maybe a third level and possible a fourth level.
If interested I can give a more details to the project. The look and feel should be similar to the current site, but open for suggestions.

From my understanding you would like to add banners through admin panel and you want the admin panel to be set up in drupal CMS. I guess this site should be developed in Custom PHP, so it should have an admin panel. Please let me know if the page was not set up in admin panels which allows you to add banners through it. We have experience developing websites in Drupal CMS.

As you suggested, using a CMS tool such as Drupal or Joomla! makes sense considering the amount of information and categories you have.
