We are a recruiting / staffing company that place workers on contract and permanent jobs with our clients
Our business is to
get jobs from clients, and then
our recruiters find candidates for these open jobs (majority of work fr new sftware)
match jobs and candidates
work with subcontractors to find candidates
manage candidate hiring process (get résumés from candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate job offers, contract paperwork)
parsing of data from resumes using third party tool like rchili
store/document management of tens to a hundred thousand resumes (doc, dock, PDF)
We currently use a basic Jobs Entry application - built using Cold Fusion MX 6 and SQL Server 2000
There is a shell for candidate database (not usable/not used currently)
We want to build a brand new web based system using SugarCRM
