Hi, I need you to create me an online hosted chatroom, which features the option to kick, silence and ban users, and allows moderators and administrators. It needs to have the option to send a pop up message to all users from the staff, and for users to send private messages among themselves. I will buy a domain, then tell the winning bidder the login info, and I need you to host the chatroom on that domain.
