Freelance Graphic Designer needed for production work
Small crafting company looking for a freelance graphic designer to assist with pre-production work for two scrapbook collections. Each collection consists of about 10 double sided patterned papers, a small bound notebook with a variety of patterned paper, stickers, and twine. All artwork has been created but assistance is needed with the following tasks:
Make changes to artwork as directed, included scaling/resizing artwork.
Prepare appropriate print-ready files for vendors. (Includes generating the barcodes for each paper/product)
Create updated packaging based on a template.
Other requirements:
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (CS5 preferred.)
Demonstrated knowledge of pre-production processes for print.
Must be able to work on a short turnaround time.
Must be comfortable taking direction.
Crafting industry interest or experience is preferred but not required.
