How does the feedback rating system work? Top...
As a client, you should leave fair and honest feedback based on the quality and professionalism of the work completed for you by your freelancer. Please keep in mind that feedback cannot be changed once posted. The following is a guide to Client feedback ratings:
  • 9-10 stars: Greatly exceeded expectations.
  • 7-8 stars: Exceeded expectations.
  • 5-6 stars: Met expectations.
  • 3-4 stars: Did not meet expectations.
  • 1-2 stars: Was far below expectations.
  • No stars: No prior feedback
In addition to leaving a feedback (star) rating, Project4Hire encourages all clients to include specific comments with feedback whenever possible. In many cases, comments are a more powerful indication of the Freelancer performance.

Freelancers may also leave feedback to the client they just completed work for. Freelancers may also leave comment to indicate how easy it was to work for the client, how fast they receive payment, whether the payment promised was received in its entirety, and any other information that might be useful to other freelancers.

To leave feedback, a freelancer must have been awarded a project on Project4Hire and have accepted the project. A box will appear on your Account page (on the right side) to rate your freelancer (if you are a client) or your client (if you are a freelancer) after the project has been awarded and accepted. To go to your account page, please log on or if you already logged, please click on the My Account link on the header nagivation bar right below the logo.


How do I update my profile? Top...
To update your profile, please log in and you'll be automatically transferred to your Account page. If you already logged in, please click on the My Account link on the header nagivation bar right below the logo.
Then click Edit Profile to update your profile.


How do I update my portfolio? Top...
To update your portfolio, please log in and you'll be automatically transferred to your Account page. If you already logged in, please click on the My Account link on the header nagivation bar right below the logo.
Then click Edit Portfolio to update your portfolio.
You will be able to upload thumbnail images of your work.


How do I delete my profile? Top...
To close your account, please log in and you'll be automatically transferred to your Account page. If you already logged in, please click on the My Account link on the header nagivation bar right below the logo.
Then click Close Account to close your account.
Please note that your account will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to use the same username and email address to sign up again for 6 months.
