When should I post a Project? Top...
If you need someone for a specific and limited task and know the scope of the task, you may post a project with enough details so that freelancers may bid wisely. The project must be specific and limited in time. It must also contain enough details so that freelancers can evaluate the amount of work that it'll take to complete the entire project. Please note that the bids that are posted are the fees that freelancers would charge to complete the entire project.
It is free to post a project and there is no obligation to award the project to anyone.
Clients and Freelancers may NOT exchange contact information until a project is awarded and accepted.

When should I post an Employment Ad? Top...
If you need to hire someone for continous employment and are offering either an hourly or annual salary, you must post an Employment Ad. There is a fee of $10 for posting Employment Ad. Employment Ads are not subject to bidding. Rather, you must specify a way in which potential candidates can contact you. You may also ask for resume or CVs.
Employers and Freelancers may exchange contact information for Employment Ads.
